Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive store credit for the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final sale, personalized, custom, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
