Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping times can vary depending on your location, the carrier, holidays, or unexpected delays, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, I may not be able to reroute or replace the order once it has shipped.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is unfortunately out of my hands. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please check your tracking information and contact the carrier first.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, reach out with your order number and a few photos and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Some items may ship separately, so don’t worry if your full order doesn’t arrive in one package.
